Introducing The 41 List
A celebration of those reshaping the soccer landscape across the CONCACAF region

Today, Forty-One unveils the inaugural 41 List, an annual recognition of 41 individuals, brands & organizations reshaping the soccer landscape across the CONCACAF region through culture, design, grassroots movements, business, and innovation.
The list is a first-of-its-kind celebration of the people building soccer in the region from the ground up, from designers and storytellers to entrepreneurs, community organizers, and creatives pushing the game beyond the pitch.

In every era, there are the ones who move in silence but shift the game loudly. The builders, the dealmakers, the visionaries who turn their love of the game into infrastructure. The business leaders on the 2025 Forty-One List are the architects behind many of this region’s soccer culture renaissance, bridging sport and enterprise with purpose and precision.

A symbol of our appreciation.
Handcrafted from premium black leather in Colombia through a partnership with Austin-based Hayworth Athletic, the Ballon d’Noir embodies the spirit of the game and the people redefining it. Each piece carries the texture of legacy, equal parts artistry and athleticism, a tangible reminder that culture moves the game just as much as the game moves culture.
For the honorees of the 2025 Forty-One List, this is a testament to vision, to influence, to impact.
The Ballon d’Noir is our way of saying: we see you, and the world will too.
